Alter Domus is seeking a CLO Manager to lead a dedicated team within our Credit and Structured Products group in Ireland. You will oversee reconciliations and the production of tailored daily and monthly reporting for clients and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in financial services, strong CLO market knowledge, and demonstrated leadership. We offer a hybrid working model, professional development, and a broad global benefits program.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive professional experience in financial services.
• Experience with loan operations, credit or debt funds, and CLO markets.
• Proven mentoring skills and staff development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team responsible for reconciliations and reporting packages.
• Serve as main contact for CLO trustees and collateral managers.
• Manage end-to-end CLO lifecycle events.
• Oversee onboarding and development of team members.
• Drive process improvements and best practices across the team.
• Ensure deliverables meet SLAs with clients and trustees.
• Collaborate with Billing, QA, Legal, and Audit teams.
• Handle daily tasks including cash and position reconciliations.
