Job summary

Ashbury Nursing Home is seeking an experienced CNM to join our team in Dublin. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with responsibilities across clinical leadership and resident care.

You will work with the DON & ADON to ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee the smooth running of the nursing home floor while maintaining resident health and safety. Requirements include a valid NMBI PIN, 5 years nursing experience (3 in Ireland).

Qualifications

• Valid NMBI pin.
• Experience in an Irish nursing home setting.
• 5 years of nursing experience, 3 in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth running of the nursing home floor.
• Work with DON & ADON to manage the nursing home safely.
• Escalate resident care when appropriate and to the MDT/HSE.
• Assist staff nurses and HCAs with resident care when needed.
• Participate in meetings and drive quality improvement actions.
