Job summary

Ethos Care Group is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to lead clinical operations and support outstanding care delivery in our Cork nursing home.

You will manage staff, ensure HIQA compliance, and promote person-centred care while driving quality improvements and maintaining a positive team culture.

The role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and effective communication with residents, families, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with active NMBI registration.
• Minimum 6 years post-registration nursing experience.
• Experience managing a nursing home team is required.
