Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to join a large established nursing home in Cork City. The CNM will lead day-to-day clinical operations, ensure high standards of resident care, and support a multidisciplinary team under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

The ideal candidate is an RGN with active NMBI registration, at least 3 years in elderly care with supervisory experience, and a solid understanding of HIQA standards.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in elderly care with supervisory experience.
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of HIQA standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding resident care.
