Peamount Healthcare in Ireland is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 to lead the nursing team within the assigned ward/unit/service. The CNM1 will ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care while managing resources and promoting continuous quality improvement.

The role includes supporting staff development, maintaining professional standards, and contributing to organisational objectives in line with HSE policies and NMBI requirements.

Qualifications

• CNM1 requires clinical and professional leadership of the ward/unit/service.
• Delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care with sound resource management.
• Support staff development and in-service training in collaboration with the CNM2.
