Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high standards of nursing and social care in the home.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain and improve care standards.
• Review residents with complex needs and ensure appropriate management plans.
• Troubleshoot clinical and non-clinical issues and escalate as needed.
• Perform comprehensive resident assessments and document ongoing care.
