Job summary

Tolka Valley Nursing Home in Finglas, part of Ethos Care Group, is seeking a caring and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team from the outset of this brand-new facility.

As CNM you will guide care delivery, ensure HIQA standards, work with PIC and APIC, and foster a warm, resident-centred home where staff feel valued.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMBI registration.
• Minimum 6 years' post-registration experience.
• Management experience in a nursing home setting.
• Strong clinical, leadership and communication skills.
• A caring, approachable leader with a passion for older people’s care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate high-quality, person-centred care.
• Guide and support nursing and care staff.
• Work closely with the PIC and APIC.
