Job summary

Avista is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 in Limerick. This permanent part-time role (35 hours per week) offers a salary of €57,780–€68,046 and is based with Training Enterprise & Employment, Limerick.

The successful candidate will hold NMBI registration, have experience in intellectual disability, a full clean Irish driving licence and excellent English. Desirable: Intellectual Disability Nurse Registration, knowledge of person-centred planning and New Directions Standards.

Salary: €57,780 -€ 68,046

• Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience .

Essential

• NMBI Registration
• In depth knowledge and experience of New Directions regulation.
• Experience working within the area of intellectual Disability.
• Full clean manual Irish driving licence.
• Proficiency in the English language.

Desirable

• Intellectual Disability Nurse Registration (RNID).
• Knowledge of person-centred planning and New Directions Standards for Day Services and Easitool.
• Previous experience of working with people who have behaviours of concern.
