AIB is seeking a Senior Associate in Portfolio – ROI & UK Team, Climate & Infrastructure Capital, based in Dublin. You will support best-in-class portfolio management and risk assessment across growth capital in climate action globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Project Finance or Specialised Lending (Banking, Advisory or Industry).
• Strong Financial Analysis and credit skills.
• Proficiency in financial modelling.
• Awareness of sustainable lending.

Responsibilities

• Create annual reviews, waivers and consents requests with risk analysis.
• Diligent monitoring of portfolio performance and sponsor relationships.
• Review financial statements and models for covenant compliance.
• Support credit reviews and internal audits for the portfolio.
• Mentor junior staff and develop team capabilities.
• Communicate risks and mitigants clearly to stakeholders.
• Contribute to risk model development and strategic lending efforts.
