Job summary

Eurofins Biomnis in Sandyford, Dublin 18, is recruiting a Client Services Representative to join the Client Services team. The role is on-site, with Monday to Friday hours and rotational shifts including alternate Saturdays.

You will deliver best-in-class service to clients, support the CRM/LIMS processes, and work across departments to ensure a complete service offering. The ideal candidate will have a Leaving Certificate (or equivalent), experience in client service within healthcare, and

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate (or equivalent).
• A recognised computer/secretarial qualification an advantage.
• Ideally, 2 years’ experience in a client service and/or secretarial role within another health care organisation.
• Knowledge of healthcare/science an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Use Laboratory Information Management Systems in place in the laboratory.
• Be aware and compliant with all documentation including Training Records, SOPs, Forms, including-reading required documents on QPulse.
• Be a strong team player by supporting the Client Services team and sharing tasks to deliver a quality, customer-centred service.
• Provide phone and email support for all Client Service requests and ensure best service to clients.
• Log all Service Requests on Eurofins Biomnis’ CRM system and ensure the enquiry is resolved.
• Provide clients with information to manage their patient’s health.
• Liaise with colleagues in other departments and referral laboratories to meet client needs.
• Notify clients of any critical patient information ranging from unusual results to problematic specimens.
• Cover Client Services duties during annual leave or other gaps; escalate issues to the Client Services Manager.
• Recognise unusual trends in client calls and report them.

- Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm & 11.30am - 8pm, on a rotational basis.

Job Description

The Client Services Representative will work in a team who work together to ensure a best-in-class service is delivered to Eurofins Biomnis customers.

• Use of Laboratory Information Management Systems in place in the laboratory.
• Be aware and compliant with of all the documentation related to your Department to include – Training Records, SOP’s, Forms, including reading and acknowledging required documents on QPulse.
• Be a strong team player by showing initiative, being proactive in supporting the Client Services team by assisting in the sharing of tasks, that results in the delivery of an effective, efficient, quality assured and customer centred service.
• Provide phone and email support for all Client Service requests and ensure best service to our Clients.
• Log all Service Requests on Eurofins Biomnis’ CRM software system, ensure the action required is taken to fully resolve the enquiry and close off on CRM.
• Provide clients with the support and information needed to manage their patient’s health.
• Liaise with colleagues in other departments and referral laboratories to ensure a full service is provided to meet all the client needs.
• Actively liaise between the Laboratory and the client, to notify them of any critical patient information ranging from unusual results, to problematic specimens.
• Cover of Client Services department duties where there is annual leave or other lack of cover.
• Escalate issues as required to the Client Services Manager and keep Client Services Manager updated of any relevant Client issues.
• Recognise and alert the Client Services Manager of any unusual trends in client calls.

Qualifications

Education

• Leaving Certificate (or equivalent).
• A recognised computer/secretarial qualification an advantage.

Experience

• Ideally,2 years’ experience in a client service and/or secretarial role within another health care organisation.
• A knowledge of healthcare/ science an advantage.

Skills & Abilities

• Excellent English language and typing skills.
• Excellent phone manner and warm, approachable inter-personal and communication skills.
• Problem solver with strong organizational skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and deadline driven.
• Good listener.
• Good team player.

• Good experience of using MS office software.
• Knowledge and experience of any Laboratory Information Management and/or CRM systemwould be a distinct advantage.
