Job summary

Eurofins Biomnis Ireland in Sandyford, Dublin 18, is seeking a Laboratory Aide to join the Microbiology team on site. You will assist with registering patient specimens, ensure demographics match, and resolve specimen queries while liaising with Microbiology staff to streamline reception and processing.

The role offers in-house training, a Monday–Friday schedule with a Saturday rotation when required, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, health insurance, and life assurance.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or science-related diploma desirable but not essential.
• Ideally 1 year in a similar role, but not mandatory (can be trained in-house).
• Candidates must have the personal competence and capacity to properly discharge the duties of the role.

• Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm & 11.30am - 8pm, on a rotational basis.
• Availability to work a Saturday shift when required.
