Job summary

The Panel, a Dublin-based wealth and investment management firm, is seeking a Client Service Executive to be at the center of the client experience.

You will own the full client lifecycle—from onboarding to account amendments—and serve as the primary contact for administration queries, while coordinating with internal stakeholders and supporting quarterly valuation processes.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years experience in regulated financial services.
  • QFA or APA (held or working towards).
  • Progression from Client Service Administrator role or equivalent.
  • Degree in finance or business preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Own the end-to-end client lifecycle: account opening, onboarding, transfers, payments and amendments.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and the go-to person for administration queries.
  • Support quarterly portfolio valuation processes and client suitability requirements.
  • Handle estate, deceased and probate matters.
  • Attend client meetings and lead discussions on administration matters.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and share best practices.

Job description

Our client, a well-established wealth and investment management firm, is hiring a Client Service Executive for their Dublin office. This is a client-facing role at the centre of the client experience, owning the full client lifecycle for an investment management team and acting as the go-to contact for service and administration.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Own the end-to-end client lifecycle: account opening, onboarding, transfers, payments and account amendments
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and the \"go to\" person for administration queries
  • Support quarterly portfolio valuation processes and client suitability requirements, including client summaries and welcome letters
  • Handle more complex cases such as estate, deceased and probate matters
  • Attend client meetings and lead discussions on administration matters
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and share best practice across the team
Ideal Candidate
  • 2 to 5 years experience within a regulated financial services environment
  • QFA or APA (held or working towards)
  • Progression from a Client Service Administrator role, or equivalent external experience
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach
  • A bachelor's degree in finance or a business-related discipline is preferred
