Job summary

Unio Financial Services in Ireland seeks Client Service Executives to join its Wealth Management division in Dublin or Cork. The roles focus on end-to-end client portfolio administration, annual reviews, and timely processing of pension, protection and investment applications, with a hybrid working model.

You will support advisers to meet regulatory compliance, communicate clearly with clients, and contribute to a team that values client commitment, ambition and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within financial advisory or life & pensions broker is essential.
• QFA qualified or progressing towards this qualification.
• Working knowledge of AML requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end administration of client portfolios.
• Annual portfolio reviews and valuations.
• Process new and existing business and liaise with product producers for timely applications (pensions, protection, investments).
• Communicate portfolio updates to clients promptly.
• Support advisers to meet regulatory compliance requirements.

A key component within Unio, the Wealth Management division oversees all client engagement including delivery of a unique outcome-based proposition to existing and prospective clients. Role

We are looking to recruit Client Service Executives to join a growing and dynamic team and be part of a business at the leading edge of Wealth Management in Ireland.

These roles can be based in our Dublin or Cork office.

Key Responsibilities

• Client portfolio end-to end administration.
• Annual portfolio reviews and valuations.
• Processing new & existing business, communicating, and interacting with product producers to ensure prompt processing of applications. This applies to pre & post retirement pension structures, protection benefits & investment portfolios.
• Communicating with clients regarding their portfolios in an effective and timely manner.
• Working with and supporting advisers in meeting regulatory compliance requirements.

Education, Qualification & Experience

• Experience in a similar role, preferably within a Financial Advisory firm or Life & Pensions Broker is essential.
• QFA qualified or progressing towards this qualification.
• Working knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and associated Compliance requirements.

Personal Qualities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate a high degree of energy, enthusiasm, and flexibility.
• Numeracy and excellent organisation skills are essential for this position.
• Successful candidates are likely to be confident multi-taskers with a good work ethic and a keen focus on attention to detail and quality.
