Job summary

S64, a leading alternatives fintech, is seeking a Fund Platform professional in Dublin to manage onboarding and ongoing relationships with GP sponsors, distributors and service providers.

You will coordinate fund launches, onboarding, KYC/AML reviews, and oversee operations with administrators, while driving efficiency through technology and data initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience within fund platforms, fund administration, fund operations, investor services, transfer agency or relationship management.
• Experience managing fund launches and operational readiness from inception through launch.
• Strong understanding of alternative investment fund structures and lifecycle management.
• Experience with Cayman-domiciled fund structures, including master-feeder funds, SPVs and cross-border distribution arrangements.
• Knowledge of investor onboarding, subscriptions, AML/KYC and due diligence processes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

This role will suit someone looking for a step up into a position with more responsibility and exposure across the business. The candidate will join the Fund Platform team, based in Dublin, and will be responsible for the onboarding and ongoing relationship of key GP and Distributors, acting as the primary conduit between our clients and fund service providers to address and solve complex issues; using project management tools to bring to resolution.

Fund Launch & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary relationship manager for fund sponsors, distributors and key strategic partners.
• Support new fund launches from structuring through operational readiness and go-live.
• Coordinate onboarding of distributors, investors and service providers.
• Manage project plans, stakeholder communications and launch deliverables.
• Represent S64 in meetings with clients, distributors, administrators and other service providers.
• Drive issue resolution by coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver exceptional service to investors, distributors and intermediaries.
• Coordinate investor onboarding, subscription processing and KYC/AML reviews.
• Manage investor, distributor and service provider enquiries through to resolution.
• Support distributor due diligence exercises and onboarding requirements.
• Assist with the production of marketing presentations, pitchbooks and due diligence materials.

Fund Operations & Oversight

• Work closely with administrators and operational teams to support fund servicing activities.
• Oversee onboarding processes, reporting deliverables and operational readiness requirements.
• Monitor service provider performance and support cost optimisation initiatives.
• Maintain operating memoranda, service level agreements, policies and procedures.
• Identify operational risks, bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities.

Technology, Data & AI

• Partner with technology and data teams to support platform integrations and operational workflows.
• Support connectivity with market infrastructure and distribution platforms, including Bloomberg, FE fundinfo, SIX, Clearstream and Allfunds.
• Champion the adoption of AI-enabled tools, workflow automation and data-driven operating models.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of S64's proprietary technology platform.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale and client experience through automation and technology.

Experience & Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience within fund platforms, fund administration, fund operations, investor services, transfer agency or relationship management.
• Experience managing fund launches and operational readiness from inception through launch.
• Strong understanding of alternative investment fund structures and lifecycle management.
• Experience working with investors, General Partners, distributors, administrators and fund service providers.
• Experience with Cayman-domiciled fund structures, including master-feeder funds, SPVs, segregated portfolio companies (SPCs) and cross-border distribution arrangements.
• Knowledge of investor onboarding, subscriptions, AML/KYC and due diligence processes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience with Luxembourg fund structures including RAIFs, SIFs, SICAVs and other alternative investment vehicles.
• Familiarity with fund data platforms such as Bloomberg, FE fundinfo and SIX.
• Experience with transfer agency and distribution networks including Clearstream and Allfunds.
• Experience implementing workflow automation, AI solutions or digital transformation initiatives within fund operations, investor services or distribution environments.
• Exposure to private markets, alternative investments and wealth management distribution.
