Job summary

FRS Recruitment on behalf of our client, a well-established retail insurance broker in Monaghan, seeks a Personal Lines Executive to join their busy team. This full-time, office-based role handles new business, renewals and servicing across motor, home, travel and other personal lines.

You'll deal face-to-face and over the phone, build strong client relationships, liaise with insurers for terms, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• APA qualification or working towards APA with relevant insurance experience.
• Previous experience in a broker or retail insurance environment essential.
• Strong working knowledge of Personal Lines insurance products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Ability to stay organized and composed in a busy, high-volume office environment.
• Confident IT skills, with the ability to work across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customers face-to-face and over the phone, providing a friendly and efficient service.
• Manage new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments and quotations across Motor, Home, Travel and other personal lines products.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to cross-sell and retain business.
• Liaise with insurers to secure competitive terms and process policy changes.
• Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation.
• Handle a high volume of queries and walk-in customers while maintaining a high standard of service.
