Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in both technical and commercial aspects of project delivery.
• Experience with Value Management/Value Engineering techniques to optimize project outcomes.
• Knowledgeable in local statutory and regulatory obligations, with experience in document management via CDE platforms.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with our clients.
• Acting as the client’s representative, always protecting the client’s interests under various procurement and contracting strategies.
• Effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Establishing project objectives in line with our clients and ensuring goals and timelines are achieved.
• Developing project reports/documentation.
• Responsible for projects' technical and commercial delivery.
• Managing and coordinating the delivery of the project in the most efficient manner in compliance with procedures.
• Developing project scope requirements.
• Developing and implementing appropriate project execution strategies.
• Ensuring successful completion of projects within the budgeted cost and taking appropriate measures via Value Management/Value Engineering.
