Job summary

Ethos in Dublin seeks a Project Coordinator to act as the client’s representative, protecting interests across procurement and contracting. You will align objectives with internal teams to develop execution strategies and ensure delivery within budget and on schedule.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and the ability to manage complex projects while adhering to local statutory obligations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in project management with strong technical and commercial delivery.
• Ability to manage procurement/contracting strategies and budgets.
• Excellent communication and leadership across internal and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain collaborative client relationships and protect client interests.
• Lead project objectives, execution strategies, and timely, on-budget delivery.
• Communicate with stakeholders and produce project reports/documentation.
• Oversee budgets, plans, and compliance with regulations throughout the lifecycle.
