Job summary

C&D Foods is seeking a Clerical Support to join our Edgeworthstown site on a fixed-term basis. This role involves front of house duties, travel/meeting arrangements, and general administrative tasks across reception, accounts support, and site operations.

Based in Edgeworthstown, Co. Longford, the position is on-site and suitable for individuals who can manage multiple tasks in a busy production environment. Competitive salary offered.

Responsibilities

• Receive, direct and relay telephone calls and messages.
• Front of house greeting of customers and clients.
• Arrange and prepare meetings and conference calls.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for managers and clients.
• Arrange couriers, post and filing; general administrative duties.
• Assist with accounts payable invoice clearing as required.
• Order cleaning and canteen supplies.
• Manage shop sales.
• Record temperatures of employees, customers and contractors on arrival.
• Prepare for customer visits, organize travel, hotels, meals and PPE.

At our C&D Foods site in Edgeworthstown, Co. Longford we have a requirement for Clerical Support.

This is fixed term contract for 6 weeks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive, direct and relay telephone calls and messages.
• Front of house meeting and greeting of customers and clients.
• Arrange and prepare meetings and conference calls.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for managers and clients.
• Arrange couriers and deal with all general post and packages and filing.
• Assist with Accounts Payable invoice clearing as required.
• Ordering of cleaning / canteen supplies.
• Managing the shop sales.
• Other various administrative duties as they occur.
• Recording employees, customers and contractors temperatures as they arrive on Site.
• Preparing for customer visits, organizing travel arrangements, hotels, lunch and getting PPE in advance of the visit.
