Job summary

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking an Administrative and Clerical Assistant to support clinical and non-clinical staff and ensure the smooth running of the service. The role involves reception, switchboard, mail distribution, photocopying, faxing and filing, with day-to-day departmental maintenance.

Working pattern is Monday to Thursday 1.30pm - 4.45pm, Friday 1.00pm - 4.00pm. We value customer care, communication and organisational skills in a friendly team.

Qualifications

  • Educated to standard grade level or experience in a similar role.
  • Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.

The Role

To provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.
