Job summary

You will manage day-to-day delivery, ensure GMP and ISO standards, oversee gowning/hygiene protocols, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining client relationships.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, budget oversight, risk assessment, and staff development in a controlled manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a management level in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; fluent English.
• Hands-on approach with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Computer literacy and full flexibility.
• GMP experience/knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations to meet required standards, targets and budgets.
• Oversee administration and budgeting for on-site services.
• Uphold health and safety culture and ensure policy adherence; liaise with H&S officer.
• Manage and develop staff; conduct appraisals, training and upskilling as per policy.
