Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor for our client site in City West. A five-member team plus supervisor will work on site with a 5:30pm–9:30pm shift. The role emphasizes supervisory duties, safety, and maintaining high cleaning standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Supervisory experience, knowledge of COSHH, and a keen eye for detail. You must be reliable, team-focused, and flexible to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a large cleaning team on a major site and cover sickness/holidays
• Maintain cleaning standards across the site
• Understand and meet KPI/SLA targets including audits
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe workplace
• Foster strong working relationships with operatives
• Ensure cleanliness of offices, toilets, canteen areas and open plan spaces
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance tasks
• Work efficiently to prepare offices for the public
• Work as part of a team

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Cleaning Supervisor,who will work at our client's prestigious site in City West.

This is a 5 members team plus working supervisor so experience in cleaning is essential.

Shift: 5.30pm - 9.30pm

Duties as a Cleaning Supervisor

• Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock check
• Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site
• Understand KPI/SLA's and to meet these monthly including audits
• Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
• Responsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, open office plans
  
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Working in a timely manner to ensure offices are prepared for the public
• Working as part of a team

Job role requirements as a Cleaning Supervisor
