Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Sick leave/Annual leave Cover Cleaning Supervisor (temporary) to oversee a cleaning team on a large site and cover absence when required. Hours based on colleagues' leave, up to 40 hours per week.

The role emphasizes maintaining standards, meeting KPI/SLA, and following health and safety guidelines. Candidates should have at least 2 years supervisory experience, a full UK driving license, COSHH knowledge, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience managing a team of cleaners.
• Full UK driving license.
• Knowledge of COSHH and health and safety guidelines.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work in a team and flexibly to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a large cleaning team on a large site, covering sickness and holidays.
• Maintain cleaning standards across the site.
• Meet KPIs/SLA targets including audits.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Build strong working relationships with operatives.
• Ensure cleanliness of site offices, toilets, canteen areas, and warehouse.
• Perform and document routine inspections and maintenance.
• Ensure cinemas are prepared for the public.
• Work as part of a team.
