Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a large cleaning team at a prestigious site in Ireland. You will supervise staff, cover sickness/holidays, audit stock, and ensure cleaning standards meet KPI/SLA targets while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include site cleanliness, routine inspections, and collaboration with operatives to deliver efficient service. A full driving license is preferred and COSHH knowledge is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience managing a team of cleaners.
• Full driving license preferred.
• Knowledge of COSHH and health and safety guidelines.
• Good eye for detail and reliability.
• Able to work well with a team and take pride in work.
• Flexible to meet business needs.

Duties as a Cleaning Supervisor

• Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock check
• Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site
• Understand KPI/SLA’s and to meet these monthly including audits
• Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
• Responsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, warehouse
  
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Working in a timely manner to ensure cinemas are prepared for the public
• Working as part of a team

Job role requirements as a Cleaning Supervisor
