Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland in Dublin City Centre is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a busy site, ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety, and supervise a team of cleaners.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Cleaning Supervisory role.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Knowledge and willingness to apply safe working practices.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Act as a point of contact for the client, handling queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Excellent Personality and Customer Service Skills.
• Maintain accurate records, including stock control, equipment checks, and reporting.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Organise employee rosters with adequate cover.
• Ensure training on cleaning products and duties.
• Maintain stock levels and replenish as needed.
• Collate weekly and monthly timesheets for payroll.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in performance reviews.
• Keep accurate records and prepare reports.
• Carry out Health and Safety Audits.
• Supervise and support cleaners on site.
• Use equipment and machinery to perform tasks.
• Manage staff performance and disciplinary issues.
• Oversee rollout of specialist cleaning when required.
• Provide leadership to a busy cleaning team.
