Job summary

Apleona in Limerick City is seeking dynamic Cleaning Operatives for part-time and full-time roles. You will perform general cleaning across offices, corridors, toilets, and public areas, with shifts spanning weekdays and weekends.

Candidates should have good English, a practical approach to cleaning tasks, and a commitment to health and safety procedures; prior experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of how to use cleaning equipment and supplies

Responsibilities

• Undertake general cleaning of all areas of the building, including offices, floors, corridors, stairwells, and toilets.
• Vacuuming, dusting, and washing floors and walls.
• Sweeping, floor polishing, and waste disposal.
• Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
• Clean, disinfect, and polish working area, kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Ensuring the toilet facilities are kept clean, and supplies are replenished when required.
• Clean and disinfect public areas such as changing rooms, showers, and elevators.
• General housekeeping and cleaning around the building.
• Inform the Supervisor/Manager of the stock required for replenishing purposes.
• Comply with all Health and safety company procedures.
• Undertake any other duties as requested

We are currently recruiting for Part-time and Full-time Cleaning Operatives to join our team in Limerick City

Working pattern: Monday to Sunday, various shifts, 20 and 40 hours per week.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Undertake general cleaning of all areas of the building, including offices, floors, corridors, stairwells, and toilets.
• Vacuuming, dusting, and washing floors and walls
• Sweeping, floor polishing, and waste disposal
• Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
• Clean, disinfect, and polish working area,kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Ensuring the toilet facilities are kept clean, and supplies are replenished when required
• Clean and disinfect public areas such as changing rooms, showers, and elevators
• General housekeeping and cleaning around the building.
• Inform the Supervisor/Manager of the stock required for replenishing purposes
• Comply with all Health and safety company procedures
• Undertake any other duties as requested
