Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all designated areas, including offices, communal spaces, and facilities.
• Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with company procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Perform a range of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies such as soap and toilet rolls.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns promptly to management.
• Complete all cleaning records and documentation accurately and thoroughly where required.
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient completion of cleaning schedules.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and manage workload to meet daily objectives.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including weekend work when required.
• Maintain professional standards and courtesy when interacting with colleagues and building occupants.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety protocols at all times.
• Analyze cleaning requirements for different areas and customize your approach to meet specific needs.
