Job summary

With onboarding provided, you will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, handling responsibilities from cleaning records to prioritising daily tasks while remaining flexible for weekend duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across offices, communal spaces, restrooms, and facilities.
• Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Perform vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies.
• Report maintenance issues or health and safety concerns promptly.
• Complete cleaning records and documentation where required.
• Work independently and with team to complete schedules.
• Prioritize tasks and manage workload to meet daily objectives.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including weekends.
• Interact with colleagues and occupants professionally.

• Perform a range of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies such as soap and toilet rolls
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns promptly to management
• Complete all cleaning records and documentation accurately and thoroughly where required
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient completion of cleaning schedules
• Prioritize tasks effectively and manage workload to meet daily objectives and deadlines
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including weekend work when required
