FRS Recruitment in Tullamore, Republic of Ireland, is seeking a Cleaner (V-KEKSMR) for temporary and relief assignments. The role involves cleaning duties in hospital-adjacent settings, with hours from 5:30pm to 1am and pay of €17.30–€19 per hour.

You should have at least one year of cleaning experience; catering/food prep experience is an advantage. A hands-on, reliable, flexible team player who can work independently is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Clean and disinfect lobby areas, wards and toilets.
• Support facilities teams with general upkeep and safety checks.
• Sanitise surfaces and maintain clean work spaces.
• Follow SOPs and hospital guidelines.
• Handle medical waste and empty bins.
• Ensure work areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
• Respond to operational requests promptly.

• Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and hospital guidelines
• Emptying bins and disposing of medical waste
• Ensuring work areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and safety
• Responding to operational requests in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• Previous experience of one year or more in cleaning is essential
• Previous experience in catering/food prep also an advantage
• Good practical skills and a hands-on approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong reliability and a flexible attitude

Mandatory skills/requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning environment
• Valid manual handling an advantage
• Own car and a full licence is an advantage
