Job summary

Sodexo Ireland is seeking a reliable Industrial Cleaner to join our team at Saint James's Gate. You’ll help maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the site, including production areas, offices, toilets, kitchens and other facilities.

You’ll work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shift options 2:00pm-10:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm, at €15.80 per hour. Opportunities for career development and access to Sodexo employee benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in cleaning or similar role.
• Experience working as part of a cleaning team.
• Willingness to follow cleaning, safety and compliance procedures.
• Willingness to train, including COSHH and Manual Handling.

Responsibilities

• Clean production areas and equipment to required hygiene standards.
• Deep clean production areas and high-risk zones.
• Clean and maintain toilets, kitchen areas, showers and offices.
• Empty bins, manage waste and carry out litter picking.
• Use industrial cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers.
• Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies.
• Follow COSHH, Health & Safety and site procedures.
• Keep cleaning equipment and stores clean, tidy and safe.
• Report hazards, equipment faults or other issues to supervisor.
• Complete cleaning records and required paperwork.
• Support the wider cleaning team when required.
