Job summary

Gist Limited in Dublin is hiring full-time Class 2 Drivers for our Clonshaugh operation. You will work Monday to Friday, with start times between 05:00 and 13:00, delivering M&S stock between depots, warehouses and customers while following health and safety rules.

You will hold a Class 2 licence with at least 18 months driving experience, up to six endorsements, no accidents in the last year, no drink-driving points, and at least three CPC units.

Qualifications

• Class 2 licence with at least 18 months driving experience.
• Maximum of 6 endorsements with no accidents in the last 12 months and no points for drink driving.
• Manual handling of goods and multi-drop experience is desirable, with a minimum of 3 CPC units.

Responsibilities

• Transport M&S products between depots, warehouses and customers safely.
• Tipping the vehicle and unloading into stores with proper manual handling.
• Represent Gist on the road and collaborate with colleagues.

What will you do & what will you need?

You'll play a vital role in making sure our stock is where it needs to be, on time. You'll be responsible for ensuring that M&S products are transported via single or double-deck trailers between our depots, warehouses and our customers safely whilst adhering to our Health & Safety regulations at all times. Your duties also involve tipping the vehicle, taking products off the trailer in cages or trays and into the M&S Stores, and of course some manual handling. This is a hands-on job, with plenty of responsibility. You'll be out on the road but also working closely with colleagues and representing Gist to everyone you meet
