Job summary

Gist Limited, part of the M&S Group, is seeking experienced Class 1 Drivers to join our team in Clonshaugh. You will deliver to M&S stores, perform vehicle and safety checks, and act as a professional ambassador for Gist and M&S on the road and at stores.

Qualifications

• A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• A minimum of 18 months' Class 1 driving experience.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• A driving record that meets our internal safety and compliance standards.
• A professional and safety-focused approach.
• A reliable, team-focused attitude.
• Confidence with manual handling where required.

Responsibilities

• Completing planned deliveries to M&S stores.
• Carrying out vehicle and safety checks.
• Working safely and efficiently to planned schedules.
• Keeping in touch with our transport team throughout your shift.

The role at a glance

• Pay: 28.39 Eurosper hour, 59,046.60 per annum, plus premiums as applicable
• Location: Clonshaugh
• Experience: Minimum 18 months' Class 1 driving experience

We currently have opportunities across the following working patterns:

• Hours: 40
• Friday to Tuesday - Start time between 01:00 and 04:30, finishing between 12:00 and 13:00.
• Saturday to Wednesday -Start time between 01:00 and 04:30, finishing between 12:00 and 13:00

Additional shift premiums may apply depending on your working pattern.

What you'll be doing

Store Deliveries

As one of our Class 1 Drivers, you'll play an important role in keeping M&S moving.

You'll be completing store deliveries, making sure products arrive safely, efficiently and on time while providing a professional service at every location.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Completing planned deliveries to M&S stores
• Carrying out vehicle and safety checks
• Working safely and efficiently to planned schedules
• Keeping in touch with our transport team throughout your shift
• Representing Gist and M&S professionally on the road and at stores

What we're looking for

You’ll need:
