Clarks Ireland is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to deliver a superior consumer experience in-store while meeting set targets and KPIs. You will actively sell shoes and accessories using the Clarks selling models and provide product knowledge to customers.

Maintain high retail standards on front and back of house, support visual merchandising, and handle cash and stock procedures. Flexibility to work a 7-day shift, including weekends and bank holidays, is required to join our energetic team.

Formación

• Experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and brand standards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet KPIs.

About the role:

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store whilst delivering set targets and KPIs. Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models. Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.

We’re looking for someone who will:

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.


• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.

• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
