Job summary

Clarks is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to provide an exceptional in-store consumer experience while delivering set targets and KPIs. You will effectively sell shoes and accessories and support daily store standards on both front and back of house.

The role requires a full-time availability, weekend and bank holiday work, and a proactive, customer-focused approach to merchandising and stock control.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment and hit KPIs.
• Willing to work weekends and bank holidays.
• Full-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience and use technology to enhance the customer experience.
• Support achievement of store KPIs by delivering sales.
• Maintain sales floor and back of house to high standards.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising and replenish as required.
• Work a 7-day shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays.

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store whilst delivering set targets and KPIs. Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models. Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.

We're looking for someone who will:

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers' experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI's by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.

• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• We require a full time availability for this contract.

• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
