RECRUITERS is seeking a Motor Claims Handler in Dublin, Ireland with a hybrid pattern (2 days on-site: Wed and Thu). The role supports customers, brokers and providers through end-to-end motor claims handling and decision-making.

Applicants should have claims handling experience in insurance (broker or insurer) and hold APA or CIP qualifications. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for success in this hands-on, team-driven role.

What the role looks like day‑to‑day

• Managing motor claims from start to finish , taking ownership, gathering the right information, assessing liability, and settling claims within your authority.
• Being the main point of contact for customers, brokers, and service providers, and guiding them through the process in a clear, supportive way.
• Making informed decisions, spotting potential fraud indicators, and keeping accurate records.
• Working closely with colleagues, helping with workflow, and contributing to a positive team environment.
• Liaising with loss adjusters, solicitors, and other partners when needed.
• Getting involved in training, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
