Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in site management, a background with a main contractor, and excellent communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a site management role.
• Experience with a main contractor is essential.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, health & safety, and quality.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of civils works on site.
• Managing subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely and to programme.
• Coordinating with engineers, project management and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitoring progress and resolving any issues that arise on site.
• Maintaining strong health & safety standards across the project.
