Job summary

OSS are partnering with a Tier 1 Construction company to recruit for a Civils Site Manager for a large-scale residential development in South Dublin. The role involves overseeing heavy civils and groundworks and coordinating with the project team to deliver on time and to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years in construction, a proven track record managing subcontractors and site teams, and a strong focus on health and safety, quality, and programme delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the construction industry.
• Strong background in heavy civils and groundworks.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Residential or mixed-use project experience preferred.
• Strong focus on health & safety, quality, and programme delivery.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
