Job summary

Actavo Group in Ireland is seeking an experienced Civils Ganger/Foreman to lead site teams on civils projects. You will supervise operatives, plant and subcontractors while coordinating daily site activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time and to specification.

The role requires previous Ganger/Foreman experience, utilities or infrastructure background, strong leadership and communication skills, plus Safe Pass/CSCS and a full driving licence.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a Ganger or Foreman role.
Utilities, civils or infrastructure experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Safe Pass and relevant CSCS qualifications.
Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

Supervise operatives, plant and subcontractors.
Coordinate daily site activities.
Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to specification.
Deliver site briefings and toolbox talks.
Monitor quality, productivity and programme delivery.
Liaise with Site Managers and Project Managers.
