Job summary

Vickerstock are recruiting a Civil Site Supervisor for key Water & Wastewater sites across Kilkenny, Carlow and Waterford. The role covers day-to-day site management, coordinating staff and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality, with a fully expensed vehicle and strong pension benefits.

Permanent position offering rapid career progression and mentorship. You will oversee on-site operations and report progress to the Project Manager, while maintaining documentation and site records.

Qualifications

• Previous site supervision experience.
• Strong water, wastewater, utilities or heavy civils experience.
• Relevant certifications and tickets.
• Strong coordination skills.
• Valid Manual Driving Licence in Ireland.

Vickerstock are working with a Main Civil Engineering Contractor to recruit a Civil Site Supervisor to work on key Water & Wastewater sites in the South Eastern Counties - Waterford, Carlow, and Kilkenny

Your role as Civil Site Supervisor:

• Management of day-to-day site
• Coordination of staff, subbies and suppliers
• Supervise on-site subcontractors
• Ensure high quality levels on site
• Management of documentation including timesheets & site records
• Oversee subcontractors on site
• Perform quality inspections
• Mitigate on site subcontractor risks
• Report site progress to Project Manager
• Ensure Health & Safety Compliance

What you'll need to be successful:

• Previous Site Supervision experience
• Strong Water, Wastewater, utilities or heavy civils experience
