Job summary

Design Build Search are working with one of Irelands leading civil contractors in Wexford to hire a Civil Site/Project Manager. The successful applicant will join a high performing team with ongoing projects and ESB exposure.

Minimum requirements include 7+ years site management on civil projects, a relevant civil engineering degree, and a full clean driving license. The role involves coordinating design changes, overseeing on-site work and ensuring safety and cost efficiency throughout project

Qualifications

• 7+ years of site management on civil projects.
• Proven record of seeing projects from concept to completion.
• Previous experience working for a main contractor.
• Recently held the position of Site Manager.
• Full clean driving license.
• Relevant third level degree in civil engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Propose suitable changes to design to improve savings, ease construction programme, enhance specification and quality on completion.
• Provide advice as projects progress to senior management.
• Plan, maintain and control the financial administration of all construction work to obtain and maintain maximum cost effectiveness.
• Managing on-site activity.
• Ability to prioritise workload.
• Time management.
• Implementing on-site health and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful applicant will join a high performing team. With ongoing projects, the successful applicant must have previous experience working with ESB.

Projects include:

Windfarms

Minimum

7+ plus years site management on civil projects.

Proving record of seeing projects from concept to completion

Previous experience working for a main contractor
