Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is expanding its Civil Engineering team in Ireland and the UK. You will support a range of civil works from tender through delivery, gaining exposure to the Power & Renewables sector and whole-project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Civil Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience.
• Kirby offers flexible-working with a minimum 2 days in the office per week.
• Willingness to undertake site visits across the UK & Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Support, manage and coordinate civil engineering works from tender through delivery.
• Review ITT documentation and prepare civil design concepts for pricing.
• Coordinate with civil designers and contractors for site readiness.
• Ensure design is optimised for value for money and aligns with client requirements.
• Assist estimators and project managers with scope and packages.
• Provide ongoing civil engineering support during construction and post-construction phases.
