Job summary

Whitbread in Dublin City Centre is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead a new site opening on O'Connell Street. You will manage a fast-paced team, uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional guest service.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll drive recruitment, onboarding and development, optimise stock and margins, and ensure health and safety compliance while delivering consistent kitchen performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership roles in kitchen operations.
• Ability to recruit, onboard and develop kitchen staff.
• Strong focus on brand standards, food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-volume kitchen operation to deliver brand standards.
• Oversee recruitment, induction and onboarding of kitchen staff.
• Manage stock, food margins and kitchen budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and EHO audits.
• Develop the team through regular coaching and performance reviews.
• Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
