Job summary

Vhi is seeking a Head of Information Security in a Dublin/Kilkenny hybrid role. Lead the strategy, governance, risk management and cyber resilience for a leading Irish healthcare organisation.

You will shape security culture, work with IT, risk and governance teams and report to the Board on security risks, controls and performance. Central Bank CF1 role with boards-level exposure and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Third level ICT qualification.
• CISSP or equivalent security qualification.
• Minimum 10 years information security experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Information Security Framework aligned to risk appetite.
• Define and deliver Information Security strategy, budgets and KRIs.
• Report to Board and committees on security risks and controls.
