Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer in Letterkenny to lead and implement CI projects, driving Lean initiatives in collaboration with multiple departments. You will apply VOS methodologies to improve KPI performance and act as a change agent across the organization.

Ideal candidates will have proven operational execution experience, strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently within a matrix management environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to engage at all levels in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead department CI projects including data analysis, planning, change management and training in CI methodologies (e.g., Lean).
• Share responsibility for process improvement with department managers.
• Lead facility VOS communications, education and training.
• Perform site analyses including baseline business processes and financial analysis with continuous measurement.
