Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager - VOS in Letterkenny, Ireland to lead the deployment of lean manufacturing and the Vertiv Operating System. You will develop strategies, coach leaders, standardize processes, and drive improvements across the value chain, with 10% travel.

Reporting to the Senior Vertiv Operating Systems Manager, you will coordinate VOS Coordinators, ensure compliance, and collaborate with site and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years applying Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience in continuous improvement and manufacturing engineering
• Fluent English with strong analytical capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and deploy lean manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Develop capabilities and sustainable problem-solving models for daily use.
• Coach leaders to reduce lead times, improve service, lower costs, and optimize cash flow.
• Oversee daily activities of VOS Coordinators and support staff.
• Ensure adherence to VOS specifications and guidelines across sites.
• Lead the VOS Steering Committee and drive communications and training.
• Collaborate with management at multiple levels and engage stakeholders (10% travel).
