Job summary

TrueWatch is building a modern unified observability platform in Dublin and seeks a hands-on SRE/DevOps engineer to scale cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure and GCP. You will automate deployments, improve reliability, perform capacity planning, and collaborate with platform engineers to drive efficiency and security.

The role requires 3–5 years in SRE/DevOps, strong scripting, and experience with Linux, containers, and IaC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in SRE, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or related roles.
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC, and automation tools.
• Knowledge of Linux, networking, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Basic scripting in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments.
• Cloud certifications are advantageous; English required; Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system reliability, availability, and performance for cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor production environments and observability tools to track metrics, logs, alerts.
• Support incident response including root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Manage and optimize cloud infra on AWS, Azure, or GCP for cost efficiency.
• Implement IaC and automate deployments via CI/CD pipelines.
• Enhance scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency.
• Support security practices by ensuring compliance and coordinating remediation.
• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to improve reliability.
• Perform capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Execute additional platform engineering tasks to maintain health.
