Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in international student recruitment or higher education management.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for the China market aligned with growth targets.
• Lead and coach the China recruitment team to achieve KPIs and develop talent.
• Collaborate with marketing to localise campaigns for the China market and ensure brand consistency.
• Build relationships with Chinese high schools, education agents, and partner institutions.
• Analyse market trends and recruitment data to inform strategy and reporting.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with partner requirements and regulatory standards.
