Job summary

Sherpa Kids is seeking a Programme Lead to oversee after-school services in Ireland. You will manage a team, maintain day-to-day activities, and engage with children, their families and school staff each day. A proactive, energetic approach and strong English communication are essential.

Applicants should have at least 1 year experience with school-aged children, a Fetac Level 5 childcare qualification or equivalent, and Garda vetting. Own car is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year).
• Childcare qualification Fetac Level 5 or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting.
