Job summary

Sherpa Kids Ireland is seeking a Programme Lead to oversee Before School, After School, and Holiday Club programmes at local schools. You will lead the team, manage day-to-day activities, and engage with children and families on-site.

The role requires own car for travel between locations, strong energy, and experience with school aged children. Proficiency in Word/Outlook/Teams is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school aged children (minimum 1 year).
• Childcare qualification Fetac Level 5 or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Programme Lead must have experience in managing and leading a team.
• Own car required for programme lead.
• Maintain the day-to-day activities.
• Interact with the children, their families and other staff daily.
• Bring lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
• Experience working with school aged children (minimum 2 years).
• Proficiency in technology and software (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).

Programme Lead must have experience in managing and leading a team
