Focus Ireland is seeking a Head of Partnerships and Philanthropy to lead major gifts, corporate partnerships, trusts, and legacy giving across Ireland. The role drives strategic fundraising, builds long-term donor relationships, and leads a team of fundraisers to meet ambitious income targets.

The position is hybrid, based in Dublin, and requires at least seven years in non-profit fundraising with a track record of significant gifts and campaign leadership.

Qualificações

• Seven+ years of experience in the nonprofit sector.
• Proven ability in high-value donor acquisition, development and retention.
• Track record of securing significant gifts and delivering major gift campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic vision and delivery of Corporate Partnerships, Major Donors, Legacy Giving, and Trusts Foundations with target to generate over €7 million in 2027.
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and performance across philanthropic income streams with forecasting and reporting.
• Lead a team of 12 fundraisers and mentor two direct reports to deliver donor experiences and build pipelines.
