Job summary

Dublin Simon Community is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead the corporate fundraising strategy and manage a small team to deliver on income targets. You will develop partnerships, open new opportunities, and drive engagement with corporate partners across a busy portfolio.

The role requires a track record in fundraising or business development, strong networking, and the ability to present to large groups at events. Hybrid working in Dublin is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in fundraising, B2B sales, business development or corporate partnership development.
• Proven track record of high-value acquisition and leading small teams to meet ambitious targets.
• Strong networking, influencing and business development skills.
• Ability to present to large groups and be the public face of Corporate Fundraising at events.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of corporate fundraisers to deliver on ambitious income targets.
• Develop and execute a proactive business development and pipeline strategy to grow income with existing and potential corporate partners.
• Lead the Corporate Partnerships team to achieve donor acquisition and engagement targets with proper governance.
• Identify, open and progress high-value corporate relationships, and maximise partnership value.
• Manage a busy portfolio of corporate relationships and projects with pace and momentum.
